These terms apply to product-only purchases made through the Woodsmith Floorings online shop. Installation is separate unless it is expressly included in a written quote.

Whole boxes
Hybrid flooring is sold only in complete boxes. The calculator adds 10% wastage then rounds up to the next full box.

Pricing and GST
Base prices stored in the dashboard exclude GST. Public online prices include 10% GST. Woodsmith absorbs payment-processing costs, so no card surcharge or processing fee is added at checkout.

Measurements
The calculator is a planning tool. The customer is responsible for entered measurements unless Woodsmith has completed and confirmed a measure.

Colour and batch variation
Screens, samples and production batches can vary. View a physical sample when colour matching is critical.

MDF scotia
The matching 19 × 19 mm scotia is moisture-resistant MDF in 2.4 m lengths. The final colour match and quantity are confirmed before dispatch.

Product warranty
Selected products carry a 25-year residential warranty and a 15-year commercial warranty. Product eligibility, correct installation, care requirements, exclusions and the applicable written warranty terms apply.
